Sustainable Neighbourhoods offers an avenue to make a meaningful contribution to local community life and address local challenges. Our groups are made up of local residents who work together to: reduce resource consumption (energy, water and waste); increase community involvement in protecting and caring for our environment; increase our capacity to respond to environmental threats; and increase community wellbeing and pride in our local areas. It’s free to participate in activities, with a small nominal fee to join a group. Groups meet monthly.
