In the ACT the Red Cross is the official provider of Meals on Wheels. Meals on Wheels is for anyone that is no longer able to prepare meals, or has difficulty preparing their own meals. This may be due to age, disability or a temporary condition. Meals on Wheels can provide you with pre-prepared nutritious meals all year round. We have two menu types available: frozen meals delivered once a week or fortnight, or fresh meals delivered daily, on days of your choosing (between Mon-Fri). Meals are delivered by our volunteers between 10am-1pm.

For more than 20 years we have been the leading provider of nutritional meals including Heart Friendly, Diabetes Friendly, Gluten Free, Medically Low Salt, Dairy Free, and Texture Modified. Most importantly, they taste like real home cooking! Seniors Card holders receive discounts, and delivery is free to over 3,200 suburbs. We also deliver meals within Aged Care Packages and can even pack your meals away. New customers can select 5 meals from $55 or 10 meals from $105 on their first order.
